I believe that licensing my assets doesn’t have to be complicated. That’s why I’ve created this simple, transparent, straightforward License for all users.

Before you start, know that when I use the term “Art Image, My Art, Digital Art, Art Download, Assets, Art, or Digital goods and/or services,” I mean Art, digital Art, Art image, photo, footage, illustrations, Assets such as Art images and digital Art that can be downloaded via copy and paste from Artbydss.com website or platform.

I, David Silas Shafer, am the creator and owner of all Art and Digital Art that bears my name.

When you use my Art, you will have a lifetime personal use license for using my Art.

When you use my Art, you have the right to personal use ONLY.

You may use my Art for your home, your business, or your church as long as you don’t violate the personal use license.
